How do I make sure the phone number is right?
Switch on WhatsApp or SMS codes for the phone question. The request is only accepted once the patient types the code they received.
Should I collect medical records in a form?
Ask only what your front desk needs to book the visit. Tapzy keeps uploads in private storage behind signed links, but it isn't a medical records system, so keep detailed health information in your clinic software.
How can I get more Google reviews?
