Pricing questions
Is Tapzy really free?
Yes. Free is free forever, with no credit card and no time limit. It includes unlimited forms and unlimited responses. Upgrade only when you need more.
What’s the difference between the plans?
Free covers the essentials. Pro adds 17 features, including Email code verification, Partial responses & drop-offs and Remove Tapzy branding, and higher limits. The table above shows every difference.
What happens if I reach a limit?
Nothing you’ve made is deleted or switched off: you just can’t add more until you upgrade or remove something. If a form gets more responses than your plan allows in a month, they’re kept and shown as soon as your plan has room. Your form keeps working.
What happens if I cancel or downgrade?
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Then your account moves to Free. Everything you made stays. Paid features your new plan doesn’t include pause, and come back when you upgrade. Short links and QR codes keep working, so nothing you’ve printed breaks.
Do you take a cut of my form payments?
No. Payments go straight to your own Stripe or Dodo Payments account, and Tapzy adds no fee. Payments are included on every plan.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Export responses as CSV on every plan. Your data is always yours.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, any time from Billing in your account. Yearly costs less; the difference is shown on the cards above.
Do I need my own Twilio account for SMS codes?
Yes. SMS codes are sent from your own Twilio account, so you control the sender and the cost. Email codes and Google sign-in need nothing extra; WhatsApp codes use credits.
Do you offer custom plans?
