Conditional logic forms

Forms that react to answers.

Tapzy shows, hides or requires questions based on earlier answers, and can skip whole pages. A calculated field adds up scores and totals, so you can build quizzes, quotes and order forms.

Questions

What is a conditional logic form?

It's a form that changes based on the answers. In Tapzy, each question can be shown, hidden or made required by rules, and whole pages can be skipped.

Can I make a quiz with scores?

Yes. Add a calculated field that adds up the answers, show the score on the ending, and choose a different ending for different results.

What maths can a calculated field do?

Add, subtract, multiply and divide. Use it for quiz scores, quotes, order totals, or the amount a payment field charges.

Can I combine several conditions?

Yes. Match all or any conditions and nest groups, for example: team size is 50+ and (role contains founder or phone is filled).

Can I send people to another page when they finish?

Yes. Redirect to any URL on completion, or show one of several endings based on the answers.

What are hidden fields?

They store values from the form's URL, like a campaign name or customer ID, without asking. The values are saved with each response.
